Egg Retrieval
It takes no more than 15 minutes. An anesthesiologist doctor administers anesthesia: general or local. The donor is placed in a gynecological chair. Under ultrasound control, the doctor performs vaginal puncture of the abdominal cavity, after which follicular puncture of the ovaries is performed to retrieve the necessary eggs. No incisions are made on the body, the procedure does not leave scars, access to the ovaries is through the vagina.

There may be slight discomfort, pulling pains, weakness — it passes within a day without the use of medication. The compensation varies from $3000 and more for one program, and it is also possible to go through the program multiple times a year. There are three categories: Category A - women with higher education, model-like appearance, celebrities, or public figures with special talents and abilities, possessing a high level of IQ. Category B - women belonging to rare ethnic groups. This category also includes donors who fit the specified type of customers. IQ is above average, and they have artistic, literary, or musical talents. Category C - women with a common appearance and average education. Your full compensation will be agreed upon before joining the program.
According to most scientific data and our own experience among our participants, egg donation does not reduce a woman's ability to conceive independently. On the contrary, high reproductive activity is maintained within the first month after puncture, so we recommend reliable contraception to avoid unplanned pregnancy.
You can donate eggs several times, but no more than 3-4 times a year. It all depends on the physical condition, but specialists in this field recommend participating in programs no more than eight times in total and with an interval of at least two months.
There is no evidence in modern medicine confirming the onset of early menopause as a result of ovarian stimulation. The occurrence of early menopause and the reduction of a woman's follicular reserve after stimulation are more likely myths. In the ovary of a newborn girl, there is a huge number of follicles (approximately 2 million). The majority of them undergo apoptosis, with only a small portion (300-350 thousand) undergoing a full cycle of development during reproductive age. The process in which mature eggs are stimulated naturally using hormonal medications is called superovulation stimulation. It's evident that during this process, there is no depletion of a woman's follicular reserve; only those follicles that would have naturally degenerated in the menstrual cycle are retrieved, and doctors prevent their degeneration, allowing them to mature fully. Therefore, it's confirmed that ovarian stimulation does not affect the depletion of a woman's follicular reserve
The medications used in the program to stimulate the maturation of oocytes do not have any effect on weight.
